Expressions of Interest & Preseason Training

Mt Gravatt Hawks FC is now accepting Expressions of Interest for players wishing to be part of our Women’s Metro League 3 team for the upcoming season.

Integrated FQPL 3 Women’s Program

The Women’s Metro League 3 team forms a key part of our FQPL 3 Women’s program structure. Rather than operating as a standalone side, Metro 3 players will be selected into a combined women’s squad that competes across both FQPL 3 Women and Women’s Metro League 3 competitions.

The Metro 3 team will operate as the club’s Reserve Grade (Under 23), providing a clear development pathway for emerging players aiming to progress into senior FQPL football. This structure allows players to train, develop, and compete within a high-performance environment while gaining valuable match experience at the appropriate level.

Who Should Apply

This program is ideal for players who:

• Are seeking a structured pathway into senior women’s football

• Want to train and compete within an FQPL-aligned program

• Are Under 23 and aiming to develop towards FQPL 3 Women

• Are committed to preseason preparation and player development

Preseason Training Details

Training Commences:

• Monday 6 January

• Time: 7:00pm start (players to arrive by 6:45pm)

• Venue: Dittmer Park
