Three Simple Steps to Get You on the Pitch

At Mt Gravatt Hawks FC, we believe football registration should be simple, clear, and stress-free. For the 2026 season, we’ve streamlined the process into three easy-to-follow steps, ensuring every player is correctly registered and ready to play.

Whether you’re joining MiniRoos, Juniors, Seniors or Masters, here’s how it works 👇

🟡 Step 1: JOIN Our Club

The first step is to officially join Mt Gravatt Hawks FC.

This is completed through our Jotform registration, where you:

• Provide your player details

• Confirm your intention to play with Hawks

• Pay your Club Fees

Once this step is complete, you are officially part of the Hawks community.

🟡 Step 2: REGISTER to Play Football (PlayFootball)

Every footballer in Australia must be registered with Football Australia to participate in any competition.

After completing Step 1, you will be automatically redirected to PlayFootball, where you will:

• Register with Football Australia

• Pay the National Registration Fee (NRF)

• Be covered by insurance and eligible to play

This step is mandatory for all players nationwide.

🟡 Step 3: ENROL in a Competition (Squadi)

The final step is enrolling into a Football Queensland (FQ) competition.

Using Squadi, players will be enrolled into the appropriate competition:

• MiniRoos

• Juniors

• Seniors

• Masters

As part of this step, you will pay your Football Queensland (FQ) competition fee, completing your registration for the 2026 season.

✅ And That’s It!

Once all three steps are completed:

✔ You are a Hawks player

✔ You are officially registered with Football Australia

✔ You are enrolled in a Football Queensland competition

You’re now ready for grading, team placement, and the season ahead.
